HEALinc360 is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all members. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for behavior within HEALinc360. By accessing or using HEALinc360, you agree to comply with this Code of Conduct. If you do not agree with this Code of Conduct, you may not access or use HEALinc360.

Respectful Behavior

 

• Respect Others: Treat all members with respect and consideration, regardless of their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or physical

appearance.

• No Harassment: Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to offensive comments, intimidation, or unwelcome advances, is not tolerated.

• No Discrimination: Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic is not allowed.

 

Professionalism

 

• Professional Conduct: Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times when interacting with other members or representing HEALinc360.

• Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of other members and do not disclose their personal information without their consent.

• Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and HEALinc360 policies.

Inclusive Environment

• Inclusivity: Foster an inclusive environment where all members feel welcome and valued.

• Diversity: Embrace diversity and strive to learn from and respect the perspectives of others.

• Support: Offer support and encouragement to fellow members in their professional and personal endeavors.

 

Reporting Violations

 

• Reporting Procedure: If you witness or experience a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it to HEALinc360 immediately.

• No Retaliation: Retaliation against anyone who reports a violation of this Code of Conduct is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement

• Investigation: HEALinc360 will promptly investigate all reports of violations of this Code of Conduct.

• Action: HEALinc360 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to warnings, suspension, or termination of membership, in response to violations of this Code of Conduct.
