Welcome to HEALinc360, the membership plan offered by The HEALinc, LLC ("HEALinc," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of HEALinc360. By accessing or using HEALinc360, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use HEALinc360.

Membership

• Eligibility: To purchase a membership ("Membership") with HEALinc360, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Registration: You may be required to register for a Membership and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.
Membership Plans

• Features and Benefits: HEALinc360 offers one Membership plan with different features and benefits. By purchasing a Membership, you agree to pay
the applicable fees and abide by the terms specific to that Membership plan.
• Payment: Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. HEALinc reserves the right to change Membership fees at any time upon notice to you.

Use of HEALinc360

• License: Subject to these Terms, HEALinc grants you a limited, non- exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use
HEALinc360 for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Restrictions: You agree not to use HEALinc360 for any unlawful purpose
or in violation of these Terms. You may not modify, adapt, sublicense, or reverse
engineer any portion of HEALinc360.
